How long does the cleaning process take?
Most items are returned within 3/4 days, although during busy periods this can be up to 7 days. If an item requires additional time due to heavy soiling, we will always keep you informed.
What does your cleaning process include?
We deep clean, sanitise and steam clean fabrics (where removable), thoroughly clean chassis and wheels, refresh leather elements and carefully clean straps and buckles. Every item is reassembled and returned beautifully presented.
Do you follow manufacturer guidelines?
Yes. All cleaning is carried out in line with manufacturer guidelines to ensure fabrics and materials are treated appropriately.
Can you remove all stains?
We always aim to achieve the best possible results. While most stains are significantly improved or removed, we cannot guarantee complete removal of every mark. Any remaining marks will be clean and sanitised.
Do you carry out safety checks?
No. Our service focuses solely on professional cleaning only. We do not carry out safety inspections.
Do you clean mouldy items?
No. We do not clean items with mould present. If a mouldy item is sent to us, it will be returned uncleaned and the full service fee will still apply. We advise safely disposing of heavily mould-affected items via your local waste or refuse centre, please see our terms and conditions page for more information on our Strict No Mould Policy.
How do I book?
